  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 6 cloves garlic
    crushed
  • 300g baby pak choi
  • 1½ tbsp soy sauce

Method

  • step 1

    Heat the oil in pan and cook the garlic for 2-3 minutes or until just golden brown, then pour the garlic oil into a bowl.

  • step 2

    Bring a large pan of water to the boil and cook the pak choi for 2-3 minutes or until cooked through, then drain well. Put onto a serving platter and drizzle with the soy sauce and the garlic oil.
