Turkey and avocado salad with chilli and lime

Quick and easy to make and under 500 calories, this turkey and avocado salad with chilli and lime is a great way to use up leftovers



  • Romaine or Cos lettuce 1 small, leaves torn
  • avocado 1, cubed
  • baby plum tomatoes 5, halved
  • cooked turkey breas t 200g, roughly torn  
  • mint leaves a handful, torn 
  • shallot 1 small, finely sliced
  • honey 1 tsp
  • red chilli 1, seeded and diced 
  • lime 1, zested and juiced
  • rapeseed oil 2 tsp 


  • Step 1

    Whisk the dressing ingredients together with some seasoning. Put the lettuce on a serving plate, and add the avocado, tomatoes, turkey and mint. Drizzle over the dressing just before serving.
