Ingredients
- Romaine or Cos lettuce 1 small, leaves torn
- avocado 1, cubed
- baby plum tomatoes 5, halved
- cooked turkey breas t 200g, roughly torn Â
- mint leaves a handful, tornÂ
- shallot 1 small, finely sliced
- honey 1 tsp
- red chilli 1, seeded and dicedÂ
- lime 1, zested and juiced
- rapeseed oil 2 tspÂ

Step 1
Whisk the dressing ingredients together with some seasoning. Put the lettuce on a serving plate, and add the avocado, tomatoes, turkey and mint. Drizzle over the dressing just before serving.
