Turkey and avocado salad with chilli and lime

Ingredients
- 1 small Romaine or Cos lettuce, leaves torn
- 1 avocado, cubed
- 5 baby plum tomatoes, halved
- t 200g cooked turkey breas, roughly torn
- a handful mint leaves, torn
- 1 small shallot, finely sliced
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 red chilli, seeded and diced
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 2 tsp rapeseed oil
Method
- STEP 1
Whisk the dressing ingredients together with some seasoning. Put the lettuce on a serving plate, and add the avocado, tomatoes, turkey and mint. Drizzle over the dressing just before serving.
