Ingredients
- pork mince 400g
- onion 1, grated
- garlic 2 cloves, crushed
- sweet chilli dipping sauce 2 tbsp (Wagamama does a good one)
- coriander a small handful, chopped
- fresh breadcrumbs 3 tbsp
- egg yolk 1, beaten
- sunflower oil
- ciabatta rolls 4, halved and lightly toasted
- tomatoes 2, sliced
- red onion 1 small, sliced
Method

Step 1
Mix together the pork, onion, garlic, sweet chilli sauce, coriander, breadcrumbs and egg yolk in a bowl with your hands. Season and form into 4 burgers.

Step 2
Fry the burgers in 1 tbsp oil for 5-6 minutes each side over a medium heat, or until cooked through. Arrange each burger on a ciabatta base, top with sliced tomatoes, red onion and a little more sweet chilli sauce to serve.
