Soak 15 small wooden skewers in cold water for 30 minutes or use metal skewers.
Heat a little oil in a heavy frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add the sausages and cook, turning until browned and completely cooked through.
Mix the honey, rose harissa, orange juice and cinnamon with a good seasoning of sea salt. Pour 1/2 of the mixture over the sausages in the pan and cook for a further minute until sticky. Skewer the sausages then serve with the left-over glaze as a dip.
