Ingredients
- linguine 200g
- parmesan (or veggie alternative) 50g, finely grated
- lemon 1, zested and juiced
- garlic 1 clove, crushed
- olive oil 4 tbsp
- flat-leaf parsley a small bunch, chopped

Step 1
Cook the linguine according to pack instructions. Mix together the lemon zest, juice, olive oil, garlic, parmesan and parsley in a large bowl. Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Scatter over extra parsley or parmesan, if you like.
