Ingredients
- onion 1, finely chopped
- chicken breasts 2, cut into pieces
- mild curry powder or S&B Japanese curry roux
- cornflour 2 tsp
- strong chicken stock 300ml
- green beans 100g, halved and blanched
- udon noodles 2 portions (either dried or ready to use)
Method

Step 1
Fry the onion in a lit tle oil until it softens, then add the chicken and fry until it cooks through. Add the curry powder (or crumbled block) and cornflour and stir for 1 minute, then stir in the stock and simmer everything together. Stir in the green beans.

Step 2
Cook the udon noodles or rinse ready-cooked noodles in boiling water to warm them up. Divide between two bowls and spoon over the curry.
