Air-fryer sweet potato fries recipe

  • 2 sweet potatoes
    (roughly 400g), sliced into 1.5cm-thick chips
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tbsp Cajun-style seasoning

Method

  • step 1

    Put the sweet potato chips in a large bowl and drizzle over the olive oil. Sprinkle over the Cajun-style seasoning and plenty of salt and pepper, and toss well to combine.

    Heat the air-fryer to 180C. Arrange the chips in the basket, making sure they’re not overcrowded (if they are crowded, cook them in batches). Cook for 30-35 mins, giving them a good shake halfway through cooking. Serve alongside the air-fryer salmon for a delicious midweek meal.
