Mashed potatoes
Make perfect mashed potato from scratch. Bangers and a rich onion gravy are the perfect accompaniment to this indulgent side dish
Cook the chicken escalopes in the oven following pack instructions. Heat the butter or oil in a pan, then stir in the harissa, honey and capers.
Simmer the beans until just tender. Drain and toss with half the flavoured butter.
Divide the beans and chicken between two plates, then top with a fried egg and drizzle over the rest of the butter.
