Fusion chef Peter Gordon and artisan chocolatier Paul A. Young have teamed up to celebrate chocolate month. Together they’ve created an exclusive range of cocktails, a four course tasting menu, and brunch dishes inspired by the world’s finest chocolate.
On select dates during the month of July, chocolate-inspired drinks and dishes will be available in the main dining room at The Providores in Marylebone High Street. Lucky guests can expect everything from cocoa-infused Bloody Marys and white chocolate mousse, to seared den miso chocolate beef onglet and octopus, chilli, green mango and salted coconut kaffir with chocolate sauce.
Throughout the month of July, Peter and Paul’s chocolate petit fours will also be on sale in all branches of Artisan Paul A. Young stores.
