Ingredients
- salted butter 150g, plus extra for the tin
- golden syrup 3 tbsp
- dark chocolate 200g
- milk chocolate 200g
- Crunchie bars 2 (32g each)
- mini marshmallows a handful (about 25g)
- digestive biscuits 200g, broken into pieces
- raisins a handful (about 30g)
Method

Step 1
Heat the butter, syrup and both chocolates in a small pan over a gentle heat until melted and combined. Tip into a large bowl and leave to cool for 10 minutes.

Step 2
Lightly butter and line a 20cm brownie tin with baking parchment. Put the Crunchie bars into a bowl and bash with the end of a rolling pin until broken into small pieces. Add to the bowl of cooled chocolate with the marshmallows, digestives and raisins and mix everything together well.

Tip into the tin and level out. Chill for at least a few hours then cut into 12 pieces.
