Ingredients

  • runner beans or green beans 200g
  • beetroot cooked wedges, 180g
  • goat's cheese
  • vinaigrette

Method

  • Step 1

    Blanch 200g runner beans or green beans then drain and slice.

    Toss with 180g cooked beetroot wedges.

    Crumble over goat’s cheese and drizzle over vinaigrette.
