Cucumber raita

Ingredients
- ¼ large cucumber, halved and seeds scooped out
- ¼ red onion, finely chopped
- ¼ green chilli, finely chopped
- 150g greek yogurt
- ½ tsp ground cumin, plus extra to serve
- 2 tbsp mint, chopped
Method
- STEP 1
Cut the cucumber into small dice and drain on kitchen paper before mixing it with the onion, chilli, greek yogurt, cumin and mint. Season really well with sea salt. To serve, sprinkle over a little more ground cumin if you like and serve with warm pittas.
