Ingredients

  • 100g roquefort
  • 75g mayonnaise
  • 100g soured cream
  • 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives or spring onion tops, plus extra to serve

Method

  • STEP 1

    Mash the roquefort in a bowl and mix in the mayonnaise, soured cream, white wine vinegar and chives. Season and mix again. Sprinkle over extra chives and serve with chicken wings or sweet potato wedges.
