Blue cheese dip

Ingredients
- 100g roquefort
- 75g mayonnaise
- 100g soured cream
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp chopped chives or spring onion tops, plus extra to serve
Method
- STEP 1
Mash the roquefort in a bowl and mix in the mayonnaise, soured cream, white wine vinegar and chives. Season and mix again. Sprinkle over extra chives and serve with chicken wings or sweet potato wedges.
