In London, watch the chefs prepare each course of the show-stopping Beef Feasting menu in the Cooks’ Room at Hawksmoor Borough. Diners can look forward to the likes of langoustines and bone marrow, prime rib and steamed ox cheek and tail pudding.
Each private dinner will include a cocktail reception, wine pairings for each course, a goody bag to take away plus the chance to talk food with the olive team. Spaces are very limited, so book early to ensure your place!
