Join us at The Providores and Tapa Room in west London for a dinner with matched New Zealand wines from the Seresin Estate. olive readers will have the opportunity to join the olive magazine team and Michael McGrath and Peter Gordon (pictured below), founders of one of the first fusion restaurants in the UK, for an evening in the intimate, first-floor dining room of their Marylebone restaurant.
Guests will enjoy a canapé reception followed by three courses paired with wines from the Seresin Estate, a family-owned, biodynamic vineyard in the South Island of New Zealand, in the wine-growing region of Marlborough. Chef Peter will present each dish and will take part in a friendly Q&A with guests after dinner.
