Ingredients

  • 45g tamarind paste
  • 100g soft light brown sugar
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp mild chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp cumin seeds, coarsely crushed

Method

  • STEP 1

    Tip all the ingredients into a blender or food processor with 50ml of water and a little seasoning, and whizz.
