Ingredients

  • tamarind paste 45g
  • soft light brown sugar 100g
  • ground ginger ¼ tsp
  • mild chilli powder ¼ tsp
  • cumin seeds ¼ tsp, coarsely crushed

Method

  • Step 1

    Tip all the ingredients into a blender or food processor with 50ml of water and a little seasoning, and whizz.
