Ingredients
- 14 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 2 heaped tsp kashmiri or mild red chilli powder
- 1 lime, juiced
Method
- STEP 1
Blend all the ingredients with a little seasoning in a food processor or using a pestle and mortar. This will make more than you’ll need but will keep in the fridge for 1 week.
