Ingredients
- garlic 14 cloves, roughly chopped
- kashmiri or mild red chilli powder 2 heaped tsp
- lime 1, juiced

Blend all the ingredients with a little seasoning in a food processor or using a pestle and mortar. This will make more than you’ll need but will keep in the fridge for 1 week.
