Advertisement Ingredients caster sugar 250g limes 3, finely grated zest of 1 and juice of 3 pineapple 1, cored and cut into chunks mangos 2, peeled and cut into chunks Method Step 1 Bring the caster sugar, lime zest and lime juice to a boil with 200ml water. Simmer for 5 minutes, skim and cool. Step 2 Whizz the fruit with the lime syrup in a food processor until smooth. Freeze for 3-4 hours until firm.
