Ingredients
- sprouts 500g, trimmed
- cubetti di pancetta or bacon lardons 75g
- butter 50g
- walnut halves a handful, snapped in two
Method

Step 1
Steam the sprouts until tender but still bright green. Cook the pancetta in the butter until crisp and golden. Add the walnuts and cook until golden and toasted. Add the sprouts and toss everything together.
