Goat’s Cheese Puffs Recipe with Figs and Thyme

These sticky fig, thyme and goat's cheese puffs are super-quick and easy to make thanks to a few clever cheats. Plus, they're under 500 calories



  • Jus-Rol croissant dough 1 pack
  • sticky fig relish 6 tsp
  • goat’s log cheese with rind 150g, cut into 6 slices
  • thyme leaves 1 tsp, chopped
  • egg 1, beaten


  • Step 1

    Heat the oven to 190C/fan 170C/gas 5. Unroll the croissant dough and separate into 6 triangles. Put on a non-stick baking sheet and spread each with a tsp of the relish. Sit a slice of goat’s cheese on top then sprinkle over some thyme. Fold in the three points to meet in the middle – using the egg wash to stick the pastry together – and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.
