  • 1 pack Jus-Rol croissant dough
  • 6 tsp sticky fig relish
  • 150g goat’s log cheese with rind
    cut into 6 slices
  • 1 tsp thyme leaves
    chopped
  • 1 egg
    beaten

Method

  • step 1

    Heat the oven to 190C/fan 170C/gas 5. Unroll the croissant dough and separate into 6 triangles. Put on a non-stick baking sheet and spread each with a tsp of the relish. Sit a slice of goat’s cheese on top then sprinkle over some thyme. Fold in the three points to meet in the middle – using the egg wash to stick the pastry together – and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.
