Ingredients
- sprouts 750g, trimmed
- bacon lardons or cubetti de pancetta 70g
- butter
- walnut halves 25g, roughly chopped
Method

Step 1
Steam the sprouts until tender but still bright green, about 5 minutes. Fry the lardons in a non-stick pan until crisp and golden, about 3 minutes.
Add a small knob of butter and the walnuts and stir for a couple of minutes. Toss with the sprouts and serve.
