Sprouts with walnuts and bacon

- 750g sproutstrimmed
- 70g bacon lardons or cubetti de pancetta
- butter
- 25g walnut halvesroughly chopped
Method
step 1
Steam the sprouts until tender but still bright green, about 5 minutes. Fry the lardons in a non-stick pan until crisp and golden, about 3 minutes.
Add a small knob of butter and the walnuts and stir for a couple of minutes. Toss with the sprouts and serve.
