Halve and trim the sprouts and steam them for 2 minutes. Drain really well. Heat a little olive oil in a wok or large frying pan, add the sprouts, stir-fry until they are tender and browned at the edges, about 5-10 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, then add the soy sauce and sesame oil and toss together. Add the sesame seeds and season well.
