Frozen smoothie mixes are a great freezer standby when you’re trying to be more health-conscious but not ideal if you’re avoiding sugary fruit. These smoothie packs from Morrisons re-address the balance by adding lots of veg to the mix.   • 80g orange smoothie mix (pineapple, papaya and carrot)

  • 100ml coconut water
  • 1/2 banana
    sliced
  • 1 kiwi fruit
    peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 tbsp coconut shavings
  • small mint leaves

Method

  • step 1

    Put the smoothie mix and coconut water in a blender and blend until smooth.
