Lillet Blanc, a wine-based aperitif from France, is the key to this vesper martini shaken with gin and vodka. Don't forget the twist of lemon

  • 60ml London dry gin
  • 20ml vodka
  • 10ml Lillet Blanc
  • a handful ice
  • lemon twist, to garnish


  • STEP 1

    Pour the gin, vodka and Lillet Blanc into a cocktail shaker with ice.

  • STEP 2

    Shake well, then strain into a frozen martini or nick and nora glass, and garnish with a lemon twist.
