What is a passionfruit martini?

Also known as a pornstar martini, this wildly popular combination of passionfruit, vanilla vodka, lime and sparkling wine was first created in London’s Townhouse bar in the early 2000s. Crowd pleasing, tangy and fruity.

Passionfruit martini ingredients

Do make sure you use fresh passionfruit for this recipe, and don’t skimp on the lime as this will balance out the sweeter elements of the drink. Similarly, serve with a shot of dry, not sweet sparkling wine such as champagne or crémant.
