Turmeric latte

Ingredients
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- ⅛ tsp ground ginger
- ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
- a pinch ground cardamom
- 2 tsp brown sugar or maple syrup
- 200ml barista-style dairy-free milk (oat or almond work well)
Method
- STEP 1
Tip all of the ingredients into a pan and whisk over a low heat until steaming. Once warm, remove from the heat and whisk vigorously to create a foam on the milk, or use a milk foamer if you have one.
- STEP 2
Taste and add more sugar or maple syrup, if you prefer. Rinse a heatproof mug or cup with boiling water to warm it, then pour in the latte and serve.
