Give a classic manhattan (try the recipe here) a wintry twist with pedro ximénez sherry, which adds fragrant raisin notes to the drink. We’ve also add dry vermouth, which is not typical but balances out the sweetness of the sherry.
- bourbon or rye whisky 50ml
