  • 50ml Campari
  • 50ml sweet vermouth (use a good-quality brand)
  • sparkling water
  • orange wedge, to garnish


  • STEP 1

    Pour the Campari and vermouth into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water, stir gently and garnish with a wedge of orange.
