- 1 tbsp-25ml cassis, depending on how sweet you like it
- champagne or cremant, chilled, to top up
- 1 blackberry, to garnish
Method
- STEP 1
Put a champagne flute in the fridge until cold.
- STEP 2
Pour the cassis into the chilled flute, then top up with champagne or cremant and garnish with a blackberry.
