A classic celebratory cocktail, this one contains champagne, cassis (blackcurrant liqueur) and a solitary blackberry to garnish

  • 1 tbsp-25ml cassis, depending on how sweet you like it
  • champagne or cremant, chilled, to top up
  • 1 blackberry, to garnish


  • STEP 1

    Put a champagne flute in the fridge until cold.

  • STEP 2

    Pour the cassis into the chilled flute, then top up with champagne or cremant and garnish with a blackberry.
