Ingredients

25ml gin
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tbsp orgeat or amaretto
½-1 tbsp cherry liqueur or brandy
dry rosé sparking wine
lemon twist or maraschino cherry, to garnish

Method

STEP 1
Put the first four ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake hard, then strain into a chilled champagne flute, top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon twist or maraschino cherry.
