  • 150g 70 per cent dark chocolate
  • 2 eggs
    separated
  • 6 cherries
  • 200ml double cream
  • 1 tbsp kirsch

Method

  • step 1

    Beat together the egg yolks and kirsch and gently mix into the melted chocolate with the 4 tbsp of cream. Whisk the egg whites to firm peaks and fold them through the chocolate mixture.
    Spoon into 6 shot glasses and chill. Dollop some softly whipped cream on top of each mousse and push in a cherry to decorate (with stalk).
