Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 2 tbsp porridge oats
  • 350ml almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, plus extra to decorate
  • a grating nutmeg
  • a couple ice cubes

Method

  • STEP 1

    Place the banana, oats, almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth. Decorate with extra cinnamon if you like.
