Ingredients
- banana 1, sliced
- porridge oats 2 tbsp
- almond milk 350ml
- ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp, plus extra to decorate
- nutmeg a grating
- ice cubes a couple

Step 1
Place the banana, oats, almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth. Decorate with extra cinnamon if you like.
