Beetroot, yogurt and lime dip
This vibrant, tangy dip is ideal served with slices of grilled halloumi. Definitely one for your next BBQ
Mix the mayonnaise, garlic, chives and chipotle paste together. Season, then add just enough lime juice to balance the flavour. Spoon into a serving bowl or several smaller bowls.
Trim the vegetables to serve as crudités and arrange on a platter around the bowl or bowls of aïoli.
