Try this beetroot dip recipe then check out our aioli, blue cheese dip, mayonnaise and tomato salsa.

Ingredients

  • 150g cooked beetroot
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 3 spring onions, chopped
  • 3 tbsp greek yogurt
  • juiced to make 2 tsp lime

Method

  • STEP 1

    Cut the cooked beetroot into chunks and put in a small food processor with athe garlic, spring onions, greek yogurt and lime juice. Season well then whizz until smooth and scrape into a bowl. Serve with grilled halloumi.
