Ingredients
- cooked beetroot 150g
- garlic clove 1, crushed
- spring onions 3, chopped
- greek yogurt 3 tbsp
- lime juiced to make 2 tsp

Step 1
Cut the cooked beetroot into chunks and put in a small food processor with athe garlic, spring onions, greek yogurt and lime juice. Season well then whizz until smooth and scrape into a bowl. Serve with grilled halloumi.
