  • 2 apples
    cored, quartered and cut into matchsticks
  • ½ celeriac
    peeled and cut into matchsticks
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • a small bunch dill
    chopped

Method

  • step 1

    Mix the apples and celeriac with the apple cider vinegar and a pinch of salt. Stir in the mayonnaise, wholegrain mustard, lots of black pepper and the dill.
