Try this recipe for salted peanut and honeycomb rocky road, then check out our classic rocky road, Easter rocky road, Biscoff rocky road and Christmas rocky road.

  • 200g plain chocolate
  • 200g milk chocolate
  • 50g butter
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup
  • 100g salted peanuts
  • 100g mini marshmallows
  • 100g Crunchie bars
    chopped (about 2½ bars)

Method

  • step 1

    Melt both chocolates, butter and syrup, gently together in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water (or heat in short blasts in the microwave, stirring in between).

  • step 2

    Stir in the peanuts, marshmallows and Crunchie bits. Line a 22cm square brownie tin with a double layer of clingfilm then tip in the chocolate mix and level out. Chill for 3 hours or overnight. Cut into squares to serve.
