Honeycomb Rocky Road Recipe with Peanuts

Salted peanut and honeycomb rocky road

These salted peanut and honeycomb rocky road squares are a great twist on a classic and will please everyone. Plus, they're really easy and only take 15 minutes of work



  • plain chocolate 200g
  • milk chocolate 200g
  • butter 50g
  • golden syrup 1 tbsp
  • salted peanuts 100g
  • mini marshmallows 100g
  • Crunchie bars 100g, chopped (about 2½ bars)


  • Step 1

    Melt both chocolates, butter and syrup, gently together in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water (or heat in short blasts in the microwave, stirring in between).

  • Step 2

    Stir in the peanuts, marshmallows and Crunchie bits. Line a 22cm square brownie tin with a double layer of clingfilm then tip in the chocolate mix and level out. Chill for 3 hours or overnight. Cut into squares to serve.
