Ingredients
- 400g pink radishes, trimmed and halved if large
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp white miso
- 25g unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tsp soy sauce
Method
- STEP 1
Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Toss the radishes in a baking tray with the oil and season well. Roast for 10 minutes.
- STEP 2
Meanwhile, mash together the miso, butter, sesame seeds and soy. After the 10 minutes cooking time, stir the mixture into the radishes, and return to the oven for a further 5-10 minutes or until the butter smells nutty, and the radishes are golden tinged around the edges. To serve, scatter over any herbs you like, toss into salads or serve alongside grilled steaks.
