Linguine with peas and mint pesto

This fresh-flavoured pasta dish is super quick and easy – perfect to throw together for the family after work. Pine nuts add a bit of welcome crunch to the dish.



  • linguine 350g
  • peas 200g, fresh or frozen
  • mint 40g, stalks removed
  • olive oil 6 tbsp
  • garlic 2 cloves
  • pine nuts 50g
  • Grana Padano or vegetarian alternative 50g, grated


  • Step 1

    Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions.

  • Step 2

    Boil the peas for 3 minutes and drain. Whizz the rest of the ingredients in a food processor to a smooth consistency.

  • Step 3

    Drain the linguine and toss the pesto through the pasta with the peas.
