Ingredients
- linguine 350g
- peas 200g, fresh or frozen
- mint 40g, stalks removed
- olive oil 6 tbsp
- garlic 2 cloves
- pine nuts 50g
- Grana Padano or vegetarian alternative 50g, grated
Method

Step 1
Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions.

Step 2
Boil the peas for 3 minutes and drain. Whizz the rest of the ingredients in a food processor to a smooth consistency.

Step 3
Drain the linguine and toss the pesto through the pasta with the peas.
