Cauliflower cheese pot pies

This creamy and delicious cauliflower cheese pie is the perfect thing to warm you up in the winter months and is quick and easy enough to make midweek.



  • crème fraîche  200ml tub
  • mature cheddar 100g grated
  • spring onions 4, shredded
  • cauliflower  1 head, cut into small florets
  • frozen peas  100g, defrosted
  • ready-rolled puff pastry 1 sheet, 4 circles cut out to fit your dishes
  • egg 1, beaten


  • Step 1

    Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Mix the crème fraîche, cheddar, spring onions, cauliflower and peas and divide between 4 small ovenproof dishes. Top with the pastry circles, press down firmly and glaze with the egg. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crisp and golden.
