This easy cobb salad of turkey, bacon and avocado is brought to life with blue cheese and mustard dressing. Make it in just 10 minutes for a quick and healthy lunch.

  • avocado 1, peeled and cut into pieces
  • roast turkey breast 200g, chopped
  • mini plum tomatoes 100g, quartered
  • watercress 50g, leaves only
  • smoked bacon 2 slices, cooked


  • roquefort 2 tbsp, crumbled
  • red wine vinegar 1 tbsp
  • extra-virgin olive oil
  • Dijon mustard 1 tsp


  • Step 1

    To make the dressing mix 2 tbsp oil with the other ingredients in a small bowl and season.

  • Step 2

    Arrange all the salad ingredients, except the bacon, on a serving plate. Crumble over the bacon and spoon over the dressing just before serving.
