Ingredients
- avocado 1, peeled and cut into pieces
- roast turkey breast 200g, chopped
- mini plum tomatoes 100g, quartered
- watercress 50g, leaves only
- smoked bacon 2 slices, cooked
BLUE CHEESE DRESSING
- roquefort 2 tbsp, crumbled
- red wine vinegar 1 tbsp
- extra-virgin olive oil
- Dijon mustard 1 tsp

Step 1
To make the dressing mix 2 tbsp oil with the other ingredients in a small bowl and season.

Step 2
Arrange all the salad ingredients, except the bacon, on a serving plate. Crumble over the bacon and spoon over the dressing just before serving.
