Ingredients
- 150ml mayonnaise
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 1 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 small green chilli, seeded and diced
- 1 tbsp golden caster sugar
slaw
- 75g red cabbage, very thinly sliced
- 75g white cabbage, very thinly sliced
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 1 large red onion, diced
- 4 stalks celery, sliced
- 5 radishes, thinly sliced
- a large handful coriander, chopped
Method
- STEP 1
For the dressing, mix the mayonnaise, lime, vinegar, chilli and sugar in a small bowl with a whisk. Season.
- STEP 2
Chop the veg and pour over the dressing. Mix and chill until needed.
