Ricotta Pizza Recipe with Garlic Greens

  • ciabatta bread mix 300g
  • ricotta 6 tbsp
  • garlic 1 clove, crushed
  • parmesan or vegetarian alternative 50g, grated
  • baby leaf greens 200g, shredded
  • olive oil


  • Step 1

    Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Make up the bread mix following the pack instructions, then roll out the dough to make a large pizza base. Put on a heavy baking sheet.

  • Step 2

    Beat the ricotta to soften it, then beat in half the garlic, all of the cheese and lots of seasoning. Spread over the pizza base leaving a small border.

  • Step 3

    Briefly fry the greens in 2 tbsp olive oil and the rest of the garlic, season then arrange over the base. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the base is puffed and golden and the greens are slightly charred.
