Be very gentle with the heat as white chocolate can seize easily. Step 2 Take off the heat and cool a little. Stir in the crème fraîche and cream and mix together until velvety smooth. Pour into 6 little glasses and chill in the fridge for an hour. Scatter over the crushed mini eggs just before serving.
