Tear-and-share pizza rolls

These tear-and-share pizza rolls are easy and fun to make for the family

Ingredients

  • ciabatta bread mix 250g
  • tomato garlic pasta sauce 1 tub (350g)
  • grated mozzarella 4 tbsp
  • basil a small bunch, shredded

Method

  • Step 1

    Heat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Make up the ciabatta dough following the packet instructions. Roll out to make a large rectangle.

  • Step 2

    Spread with half the tomato sauce, add the cheese and basil then roll up like a swiss roll.

  • Step 3

    Cut into 12 slices, then arrange on a baking tray, cut-side up, leaving 2cm between each piece. Leave for 10 minutes to rise. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until puffed and golden. Serve with the remaining sauce, for dipping.
