Ingredients
- plain flour 150g, whizzed in a food processor with
- chilled and diced unsalted butter 75g until it looks like breadcrumbs
- oats 4 tbsp
- demerara sugar 2 tbsp
- cherries 500g, stoned and tossed with 3 tbsp caster sugar and 4 tbsp water
- flaked almonds 4 tbsp

Step 1
Heat the oven to 180c/fan 160c/gas 4. Stir the oats, almonds and demerara sugar into the flour mix.
Put the cherries into 4 individual ovenproof dishes or cups, then top with crumble mix.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
