Ingredients
- 150g plain flour, whizzed in a food processor with
- 75g chilled and diced unsalted butter
- 4 tbsp oats
- 2 tbsp demerara sugar
- 500g cherries, stoned and tossed with 3 tbsp caster sugar and 4 tbsp water
- 4 tbsp flaked almonds
Method
- STEP 1
Heat the oven to 180c/fan 160c/gas 4. Stir the oats, almonds and demerara sugar into the flour mix.
- STEP 2
Put the cherries into 4 individual ovenproof dishes or cups, then top with crumble mix.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
