Make homemade grenadine in just 15 minutes using pomegranate juice, sugar and orange blossom water

  • pomegranate juice (not from concentrate) 250g
  • caster sugar 250g
  • orange blossom water a few dashes


  • Step 1

    Combine the pomegranate juice and sugar in a pan and gently heat, stirring, until the sugar has dissolved.

  • Step 2

    Cool to room temperature, then stir in the orange blossom water. Pour into a sterilised bottle and seal. Keep in the fridge for up to a month.
