This velvety smooth, espresso and gingerbread cocktail is the perfect warmer for chilly days – or as a cheeky, alcoholic alternative to pudding.   • 50ml Ketel One vodka
  • 25ml espresso coffee, chilled
  • 15ml gingerbread syrup, available from drinkon.com
  • 3 coffee beans


  • STEP 1

    Rim a chilled martini glass with cinnamon and sugar.
    Shake all the liquid ingredients together with some ice and strain into the glass. add the coffee beans and serve.
