Peach Cocktail Recipe

Citrus peach cooler

This refreshing summer cocktail recipe can be enjoyed as a non-alcoholic cooler, or a boozy daytime drink with the option of adding peach schnapps. Make up a large batch for a BBQ, picnic or buffet-style dinner and enjoy as an alternative to Pimms

  • lemons 2, juiced
  • limes 2, juiced
  • lemon 1, sliced
  • lime, 1 sliced
  • ice cubes a handful
  • peach nectar or peach juice third of jug
  • cloudy lemonade third of jug
  • sparking water to fill jug
  • strawberries or mint to garnish
  • peach schnapps a slash, optional


  • Step 1

    Put the juice of 2 lemons and 2 limes into a large jug. add 1 sliced lemon, 1 sliced lime and a handful of ice cubes. Add peach nectar, or peach juice, to fill about one-third of the jug and top up to two-thirds full with cloudy lemonade.

  • Step 2

    Add a few sliced strawberries and top up with sparkling water and mint sprigs. If you want to make it boozy, add a little peach schnapps.
