- 250g tenderstem broccolicut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cloves garliccrushed
- 4 anchovies in olive oilchopped

Method
step 1
Put all the ingredients except the parmesan in a wide, shallow pan with 4 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt and 950ml water.

Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes, covered, stirring regularly, until the pasta is tender and the cooking liquid has become saucy.

Serve with parmesan, if you like.
