Mushrooms stuffed with cheese

Ingredients
- 4 large field mushrooms
- olive oil
- 170g mature cheddar, grated
- 1 tsp grain mustard
- 2 tbsp Beer
- dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1 yolk egg
Method
- STEP 1
Lightly brush the tops of the mushrooms with olive oil then put on a baking tray.
- STEP 2
Combine the cheese, mustard, beer, worcestershire sauce and egg in a bowl.
Spoon the mixture into the mushrooms and bake at around 180c/fan 160c/gas 4 until the cheese mix is cooked through and golden brown. Serve on mixed leaves.
